The Process

This is one of my most popular services available and you can see results after just one session. They key to long term change though is repetition and motivation so i always recommend around 3-6 sessions for something like weight loss. 

As it is not giving up something our body doesn't need such as smoking, our body needs fuel so working on building a healthier relationship with food takes a little more time but you will be so rewarded with the benefits.
